Kraton’s SBS and SIS polymers, which are used to create personal care items including diapers, will be showcased at IDEA 2016 in Boston from May 3rd-May 5th, 2016. Kraton will showcase SBS and SIS polymers that provide stretch functionality for personal care product designs. Two examples of these polymers are: elastic films for the comfortable fit desired at the waist and hips to prevent leaks and elastic attachment adhesives designed to adhere elastic threads to polyolefin nonwovens and films. Polymer modification grades will also be available to enhance flexibility, impact or dampening.
