The event will be held at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, California from February 24-27, 2013.

The purpose of the workshop is to unite a broad range of stakeholders in the area of membranes for water purification including representatives from government, academia, and industry. This collaboration should foster constructive dialogue and global information sharing between leading research scientists and engineers to stimulate collaborative research on critical water purification challenges.
Dr. Carl Willis and Dr. Shawn Wei of Kraton Polymers will present a paper entitled, “Selectively Mid-block Sulfonated PentABLock Copolymer Membranes,” on February 25, 2013 at 2:15 p.m. They will outline the relationship between the NEXA’ Polymers’ structure in solvent, and performance of the cast NEXAR polymer membrane in various water treatment applications.
